Tungsten/Titanium Lifetime Warranty


Tungsten/Titanium Lifetime Warranty Plans covers all inspections, defects in materials, design, damage to the ring, workmanship, resizing, or should your ring ever become damaged in any way, simply ship your ring back to us. Engraving do not void the warranty, therefore, custom engraving is also covered with our Lifetime Warranty claim. Proof of purchase and original certificate are required for warranty to be valid.

Diamond Lifetime Warranty


Lifetime Warranty Plans for all diamond jewelry covers all inspections, defects in materials, workmanship, repairs and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Plan include resizing or re-shanking of rings, repair of worn or broken prongs. Minor scratches that occur from normal wear will also be removed in the process. Proof of purchase and original certificate are required for warranty to be valid.



How soon will I get my refund?


Once your return is received and inspected by our specialist, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. We will send you an email to notify you that your refunds are issued.



What is not cover in our Diamond Lifetime Warranty Plan?


Our Lifetime Diamond Commitment does not cover loss of diamonds, theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear.


Is there any restocking fees?
